Traverse Exhibition

To traverse is a different kind of motion across spaces. One that starts with intention, embraces observation and ultimately highlights the point where the itinerant intersects with the subject in places. At the end of such journey, there is much value in creating a log of experiences; each can be shared orally or visually.

Traverse; a debut solo exhibition by Akose Enebeli, presents a series of visual documentation from an itinerancy of this kind— it gleans several and distinct ways of seeing through colour and natural elements from landscapes spanning 20 cities. The artist shares all these as if to say “Here is the way I intersect with these cities, come see all I have made visible.”

Traverse opens on the 31st of March at Thought Pyramid Art Centre, Lagos by 12pm. It runs till the 7pm.
